This letter is overdue. It gives me great pleasure to provide you feedback regarding Storage Overhead System’s (“SOS”) Houston Dealership, Advanced Custom Products LLC (“ACP”), and one of your consultants, Mr. Damon Mobley. We contacted ACP on May 2 for a consult/ quote to get our small two (2) car garage reorganized to functionally accommodate an SUV, a sedan, a motorcycle, three (3) bikes and the usual garage tools/ equipment. For over one year, since we moved into our home, we have had to park one of our cars outside due to garage clutter. ACP immediately arranged for Mr. Mobley to come out to our home the next day for a consult.

Mr. Mobley promptly arrived on May 3 at the scheduled time. He took the time to listen to our goals. Before he arrived my wife and I were frankly not optimistic our goals could be met. But after listening, he explained our goals could be met and explained how, using SOS literature. We received a competitive quote a few days later and engaged ACP to reorganize our garage. What sold us primarily, however, were Mr. Mobley’s listening skills, solutions oriented attitude and general disposition. He is a professional.

We scheduled the job for May 10. Mr. Mobley started on schedule at 5:00 p.m. He did an exceptional job on the installation. He worked diligently for approximately seven (7) hours and finished the entire job. During the installation process he showed us how additional SOS hardware would give us even greater room. We accepted his recommendations and bought the incremental hardware.

The garage looks great. Our functionality goals have been completely met and we have received numerous compliments on the look of the garage. It is hard to believe that a garage can be a featured room in your home. But that is the case with our home since we engaged SOS to reorganize it.

I am demanding of my service-providers and endeavor to provide feedback, both positive and negative, to help them take any necessary corrective action. Fortunately, I have only accolades for SOS, ACP and Mr. Mobley. Rest assured I will pass my opinions regarding your firm and ACP to my colleagues and friends.

I just wanted to let you know that Damon did a great job in my garage last week. He helped immensely by helping me arrange some items in a bend that made it possible to accommodate more items. Without his help, I’m sure it would have been months until it was done. We moved into a new home 2 weeks ago. I just thought you should know you have a great employee that should be recognized.
